The paste menu item will no longer be greyed out. However, the play pen still
needs focus, ie the user must have interacted with it recently, for the paste
menu item to work so it knows it is pasting in the play pen and not elsewhere.

The actual paste does not work with File - Paste.  It works with ctrl - V so I
believe I had the focus correct.

Improved paste functionality. User can paste  copied Table in a different local
workspace by selecting a target tree node((PlayPen Database) from a left panel
and use Edit>paste menu option . Related bug id# 2979 and bug ID#2895.
